Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, May 6, 2011 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for April 2011 totaled NT$390 million, a decrease of 4.18% compared to last month and 39.34% compared to the same month in 2010.

Net sales for January through April 2011 totaled NT$1,423 million, a decrease of 38.31% compared to the same period in 2010.
