Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, January 07, 2011 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for December 2010 totaled NT$441 million, an increase of 1.81% compared to last month and a decrease of 37.67% compared to the same month in 2009.

Net sales for January through December 2010 totaled NT$6,130 million, a decrease of 16.60% compared to the same period in 2009.
